The Normal Listings have the priority on the Free Listings, they will appear above the Free Listings.

The Premium Listing is for the businesses who would like to have in addition of all those information, additional information like a description, images, a link to their websites.
The Normal Listings have the priority on the Free Listings and the Normal Listings, they will appear above the Free Listings and the Normal Listings.
